Shop on repair of mining equipment provides following services to open cast mines: manufacture of dragline buckets 5-40 m3, mechanical shovel buckets, shrouds for excavator booms ESH-15/90 and 20/90, drums and other metal structures, including construction and nonstandard equipment. The shop manufactures forgings weighting up to 80kg; performs repair of mining equipment units: lifting, track drive and swing gear reduction units, bucket arms for excavators of all modifications, and also rolling-stock (dump cars 2VS-105). For underground coal mining enterprises roof bolting AV20P, metal lattice are produced, manufacture and fettling of drums, and also repair of conveyors and units of powered supports of various modifications are carried out.

 

 

The shop produces spare parts for mining, metallurgical and motor equipment.

The shop is equipped by heavy cutting equipment with high manufacturing capability, allowing to process the parts with diameter up to 4 meters, to carry out teeth cutting up to module 50.
The shop operates foundry site, providing the plant with own cast bar from carbon and alloy steel grades.
